Mr. Nyo Oo is the Deputy General Manager for Myanma Railways. He has involved in quite a number of operation management training course abroad; Operation Management Training Course (Thailand), Urban Railways Management Course (Japan), Certified Logistics Master Training Course (Thailand), Logistics Management Workshop (Thailand), and Operational Practice for Carriage of Freight Traffic Course (India).
