Atty. Atty. Jaime Raphael C. Feliciano

Jim is a lawyer by profession and has been heavily involved in the infrastructure / PPP space for several years. He was formerly the Assistant Secretary of the Department of Transportation in the Philippines and has led a number of multi-million dollar transactions in the public sector involving airports, railways and other transport infrastructure. After his career in the public sector, Jim was invited by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to continue development work by heading the Asian Infrastructure Centre of Excellence (AICOE), an initiative of ADB, IE Singapore, and the Government of Canada to accelerate infrastructure development in ASEAN by supporting PPP projects. In this capacity, Jim provided support to various infrastructure projects in Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines with particular focus on the transport and health sectors. This year, Jim joined Citicore Holdings, the corporate entity holding the following business units in the Philippines: Megawide Construction Corporation, one of the leading engineering and infrastructure companies in the country; GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation, developer and operator of Mactan Cebu International Airport, the second largest airport in the Philippines; and Citicore Power, Inc., one of the fastest-growing pure renewable energy companies in the country. Jim currently heads the Airport Business Development of Citicore Holdings.
