Mr. Alen Nikolovski

Alen is an Executive Principal at Aedas with an extensive portfolio of complete projects that include some of the most complex and large scale mixed use and TOD (Transport Oriented Development) projects recently developed in southeast Asia. Alen is currently engaged in designing large scale TODs in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. Also he has  been responsible for numerous MRT projects in some of Asia’s most  populous cities and is currently responsible for Aedas’ work on the Jakarta High-speed rail. Alen’s unique experience on large scale metro projects coupled with his portfolio of mixed use developments allows him to offer developers a strategic insight into the benefits of TODs and the key importance that the project typology serves in developing a sustainable city infrastructure.
