Mr. Zaw Zaw Aye

Zaw Zaw Aye is currently working for Department of Urban and Housing Development under Ministry of Construction as Deputy Director. He also served as the Head of GIS section, and Urban and Research Development Institute (URDI). His main responsibility is in the Urban and Regional Development Planning and also involve in the human resources development and capacity building programming through Urban and Research Development Institute formed by Department of Urban and Housing Development and UN-Habitat. Apart from that, Zaw Zaw Aye is also conducting urban and infrastructure development projects by collaborating with the international organizations such as JICA, ADB, HIS, UN-Habitat and so on, and other INGOs, and other Financing Agencies. He graduated from the Yangon Institute of Technology in the field of Civil Engineering and obtained Post Diploma in Environmental Planning and Management from YIT and the Master Degree on Urban Environmental Management from Asian Institute of Technology.
