Mr. Tony Picon

Mr. Antony John Picon is the Vice Chairman of the Colliers International Myanmar. He was born on September 12, 1964. He has been living and working in Yangon, Myanmar for Colliers International since April 2012. He has been in charge of operations in the country including tenant and landlord representation, investment consultancy, research and project management for new developments. Tony was responsible for the first ever comprehensive Yangon Property Report which was released in mid-2011 just as the country was opening up.Tony was the inaugural Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce in Myanmar which has over 200 corporate members, and he remains a member of the board. Tony was responsible for Thailand research operations at Colliers, producing a wide range of reports covering Bangkok, and also managed research for Savills in Vietnam covering Ho Chi Minh City and other southern Vietnamese cities. He holds a B.A. (Hons) Politics at University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK and RSA TEFL Grade B.
