Wonwhee Kim is the founder and chief of the Park Database.  With over a decade of experience in attractions consulting with clients such as Hanjin Korean Air, Lotte Group, Guorui Real Estate, Riverside, CCTV, Universal Studios, Fox, Paramount Pictures, and Melco Crown, he is one of the world’s foremost experts in attractions economics.  Won specializes in advising developers, investors, lenders, and operators understand the economics of leisure-related land uses.  Previously, he was a founder of Pro Forma Advisors and was a senior associate at AECOM | ERA.  Won additionally has hedge fund and private equity real estate experience.
