Mr. Ne Win
U Ne Win graduated from the Defence Services Academy in 1997, with a degree in science, and was commissioned as a second lieutenant in Myanmar Air Force. He successfully completed a diploma course in international relations at the Yangon University in 2010. Currently, he is working for the Department of Civil Aviation under the Ministry of Transport and Communications as the Director of Air Transport Division responsible for the economic regulation of air transport.
